Rezumat | ||||||
The frequence of the burnout phenomenon on the modern organizations and the very severe consequences on both the individual(disturbances of the physical and psyhical health) and on the organizations(low productivity and absence and high fluctuation) justifies the attention given to this phenomenon in the last years, both on a scientific level and on the common sense. Considered to be an important social an individual issue(Maslach 1993), this phenomenon requires, besides the theoretical approach, a series of practical studies done upon teachers from the preuniversitary educational system in order to prevent and reduce the frequency and the intensity of the burnout syndrome. |
