Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of labor, to just and satisfying working conditions. This is a constitutional guarantee, which has to be respected within labor relationships, both as regards permanent position employees, as well as relationships pertaining to part time jobs or combination of positions. In this article, we examine the extent of the rights and obligations arising between the employer and the employee combining part time jobs or positions. |
