In this study we referred to the trends and perceptions of students regarding the choice of chemistry as a specialty and career. We analyzed the questionnaires completed by high school students and chemistry specialists, regarding the determination of the tendencies of high school / college students to follow a career in the field of chemistry and the motivation of employees working in fields tangent to chemistry. From the results of the questionnaires we noticed that students can be motivated to embrace a profession in the field of chemistry by teachers and the possibility of having a decent salary. |
