Obligation of giving special attention to the issue of integration of children with C.E.S. and self-help for a holistic, fair and equal development of normal children intervenes to the extent that the number of such categories of people has grown alarmingly. The need for continuous collaboration and communication expressed in a stable partnership calls into question the involvement of all decision makers so that these children can benefit from appropriate education to support them in the process of personality modeling. Their early integration into mass education becomes an imperative, and the partnership between all the institutions in charge of helping them becomes binding. |
