Introducere. Azi majoritatea aplicațiilor medicale complexe implică anestezia. Procesul aplicării anesteziei, de rând cu alte procedee medicale, conțin și componenta referitor la comportament și bioetică.
Scopul lucrării. Relevarea reperelor bioetice și medico-comportamentale în procesul aplicării anesteziei.
Material și metode. Au fost studiate protocoale clinice, regulamente naționale și internaționale, publicații ştiinţifice, bioetice autohtone și de peste hotare. S-au aplicat metodele: bioetică, sociologică, structuralistă.
Rezultate. Actul medical anesteziologic presupune numeroase componente implicate în procesul terapeutic. Alături de cele medicale, cele de specialitate se manifestă din plin prin momente comportamentale (dintre medic și pacient, dintre medic și alți specialiști etc.), de asemenea diverse subiecte de ordin moral privitor la viața și sănătatea pacientului. Aplicarea reperelor bioetice în aceste condiții devine actuală și iminentă.
Concluzii. (1) Anesteziologia în investigațiile medicale constituie un act complex ce include dimensiunile etică și comportamentală. Anesteziologia are un impact atât pozitiv, cât și negativ asupra calității vieții omului, de aceea trebuie realizată într-un mod bine planificat. (2). Sunt necesare elaborări teoretice de investigare detaliată a reperelor bioetice și comportamentale în anestezia investigațiilor medicale.

Introduction. Today the most complex medical applications involve anesthesia. The process of applying anesthesia, along with the other medical procedures, also includes the behavioral and bioethical component.
Objective of the study. Revealing the bioethical and medical-behavioral aspects in the application of anaesthesia.
Material and methods. There have been applied clinical protocols, national and international regulations, scientific publications, native and overseas bioethics. Methods that have been applied: bioethical, sociological, structuralism.
Results. The aesthetic medical act assumes many components involved in the therapeutic process. Along with the medical ones, the specialized are manifested through behavioural moments (between the doctor and the patient, between the doctor and other specialists etc.), as well as various moral issues regarding the life and health of the patient. The application of bioethics parts in these conditions becomes actual and imminent.
Conclusions. (1) Anaesthesiology in the medical investigations is an complex act that includes ethical and behavioral dimensions. Anaesthesiology has both a positive and a negative impact on the quality of human life, so it must be done in a well-planned way. (2) Theoretical elaborations of detailed investigation of bioethical and behavioral aspects in anaesthesia of medical investigations are necessary.
