The presence or the absence of the „large portion” indicator is a criterion permitting the delimitation
of the infringement foreseen in the paragraph (1) art. 1851 of the PC of the RM, from the no
criminal violation provided in the paragraph (3) art. 512 of the Code on the administrative violations.
In this work it is subjected to the examination only a part of the matters providing the delimitation
of the intellectual property infringement from the intellectual property administrative violation. |
