Rezumat

In article the main components of motivational strategy of human resource management are considered. The essay is dedicated to the determination of the essence of personnel which should be considered as the basic value of each organization. A comparative analysis of content and process-based approaches to motivation is given by the author. And, finally, it is defined that an effective system of motivation is a shortest way to implementation of the employment potential
