This article encompasses an overview and a brief analysis of the opinions regarding the concept of the „state mechanism”, highlighting the key approaches to this phenomenon. Based on the conducted research, the conclusion is that the state mechanism needs a more precise definition, as a system which functions dynamically, in the process of the realization of the state power. Generalizing the existing opinions, we conclude that, despite the different approaches to the issue regarding the definition of the analyzed concept, the majority of the authors highlight common characteristic of the state mechanism. |
