Rezumat

Theoretical and applied approach to the process of staff training and development of particular interest to determine their influence on personnel policy within the organization. This allows us to understand to what extent and in what manner, the training of personnel policy can influence human resources and, ultimately, the main indicators of activity of the organization as a result of the application of tools and material motivation non- material, having as basis the results of the assessment staff. Vocational training is an activity that concerns increasingly more success-oriented organizations. In recent years, these organizations allocate far more resources intended for the professional training of its employees. Training is a complex process of acquiring knowledge, understanding, capabilities and values necessary to adapt to our environment. Vocational training is the process of bringing the standards of professional performance, adequate job requirements, the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of employees of the organization.
