Separation of powers between levels of authority inside of the country entails decision of questions relating to decision-making about the level of territorial financial autonomy. In this article, based on the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia analyzed of internal sources of income, determined the level of effectiveness of the implementation of effective budgeting. In order to optimize the budget indicators suggested a number of measures to search for reserves to increase of own and potential sources of revenue. Implementation of these actions will improve the financial stability of the Budget of autonomy.
