Rezumat

A fost elaborat şi confecţionat dispozituvul de fotosanare cu radiaţie fotonică de bandă largă a plăgilor şi cavităţilor infectate cu microfl oră nespecifi că. Dispozitivul a fost testat pentru studierea acţiunii iradierii fotonice asupra bacteriilor complexului M.tuberculosis in vitro. S-a demonstrat că iradierea fotonică de bandă largă are acţiune bactericidă semnifi cativă asupra microorganismelor complexului M.tuberculosis. Timpul necesar de iradiere pentru inhibarea sigură a creşterii M.tuberculosis este de 30-40 secunde.

The possibilities of using the broadband photon irradiation for Tuberculosis treatment Has been developed and manufactured a photo sanitation device with broadband photonic irradiation of the infected wounds and cavities with non-specifi c micro fl ora. The device has been tested for studying the action of the photonic irradiation on bacteria of the M.tuberculosis complex in vitro. Has been proved that broadband photonic irradiation has a signifi cant bactericide action on microorganisms of the M.tuberculosis complex. The irradiation time required to surely inhibit the growth of the M.tuberculosis is 30-40 seconds.
