The process by which a company is divided is the operation of dismantling it by dividing it. During the division process, the entire patrimony of a trading company takes place, which as a result ceases to exist, between two or more companies already existing or which become members. There may be different causes for triggering the division process, which have as their final purpose the adaptation to the exigencies of the commercial activity, such as the annihilation of the competition, the reduction of the expenses, etc. Thus, the reorganization of dismantling by division represents a technical-legal process through which the restructuring of the trading company takes place in order to redress its activity in order to adjust it to the requirements of the time. |
