| Rezumat | ||||||
In order to ensure a proper execution of the prison sentence, the responsible institution must take into account all the rigors of the criminal enforcement framework. In this sense, the separation of sentenced persons to deprivation of liberty needs to be carried out according to the provisions of the art.72 of the Criminal Code and the art.205 of the Enforcement Code. Respectively, the distribution by types of penitentiaries and essentially by detention regimes, must determine the application of the set of rules, rights, obligations, programs and activities that aim to achieve a good coexistence, in order to encourage behaviors, attitudes and abilities that influence the social reintegration of the persons deprived of liberty. |
