This commentary is dedicated to the scientific research of the security measures applied in Republic of Moldova. Some problems regarding the definition and classification were submitted to a profound analysis in order to make easier their interpretation. The Criminal legislation of foreign countries was examined. The basic purpose of this scientific examination is to make clear the notion of security measures. Some scientific methods are applied during the explanation and examination of this problem. At the same time, an attempt ahs been made to solve some legal problems. So, there was analyzed the actual penal legislation of Republic of Moldova in order to establish the notion and importance of security measures in the Criminal law. Several useful recommendations have been suggested |
