Regarding the theoretical and practical plan there were touched actual problems of the constitutional process of protection of human rights and freedoms of the citizen, paying special attention to the application of law coercion, to the relation between the state and law in the application of juridical coercion, to legitimacy and legality of this process and the mechanism of protection of human rights and freedoms of those who are involved in the process of state coercion. |
