In the modern educational system there are impetuous changes associated with the transformation of the educational paradigm. It is connected to the need of continuous advanced training of a modern teacher. The system of advanced training requires updating and transformation, based on the introduction of new pedagogical technologies, modernized forms of organization and methods of teaching. The use of information and communication technologies by the teacher, interactive learning strategies, application of distance learning tools meets the requirements of the competence approach. |
