The article contains reflections on the juridical settlements referring the consumers’ protection in Republic of Moldova. The first normative document exclusively dedicated to consumers’ protection is the Law of Republic of Moldova concerning the consumers’ protection, passed by the Parliament of Republic of Moldova on May 25, 1993. The author analyzes the main ideas of the above-mentioned law and discusses its quality and its impact regarding the effective protection of consumer’s rights and interests. Besides, many other laws that are tangent to consumers’ protection in different domains are brought into discussion. The author concludes that the consumption market is one of the most complex and important subsystems of the social activity. Different factors are a condition for the consumption market to form the convergence point of many infraction interests. |
