In this article we aim to analyze the evolution of the integration of legal and criminal liability for water pollution in international law. We will try to show how this responsibility has been integrated at international, regional and local level. It is noted that the integration of legal and criminal liability for water pollution in international law has reached and advanced stage of development but with a crisis character. |
