As a rule, the conditions of civil procedural acts designate legal exigencies, which are to be respected and it also shows the fixed terms for them to take place. There are special procedural limits beyond which it isn’t tolerable from the promotion and the development of the suit. A brief presentation of the general conditions of procedural acts is imposed as a necessary premise in dealing with the nullity of the penalty. The nullity itself represents one of the most relevant civil procedural penalties. The nullity juridical regime concerns the procedure of capitalizing the nullity in the juridical procedural order.
