The author relates about the legal status of the natural person, of the passenger or traveller who, crossing the customs border, can smuggle animal goods. The author performs a general analysis of the road transportation, by which passengers, in certain situations, can commit smuggling with animal goods. The author carries out a general analysis of living animals that are crossed by passengers when crossing the customs border, with the help of which smuggling can be committed. The author also highlights the administrative and criminal sanctions that can be applied for offenders when committing smuggling with animal goods and objects. |
