| Rezumat | ||||||
The problem of respecting and protecting the rights of youth became a subject covered today, and widely discussed by different parts of society, especially the decision makers called to effectively manage issues related to the rights of youth. The person, as a bearer of rights and obligations, occupies a central place in any legal system and manifests itself in it in several situations - as a citizen, as a subject of certain relations of law and legal responsibility. A cornerstone of these changes is the establishment of an effective system for protecting the rights of youth. |
