Rezumat

The independent and joint effect of a carbon sorbent and a mixture of metal-resistant bacterial strains on the enzymatic activity of Seversky Donets floodplain soils was studied in laboratory conditions. A positive effect on dehydrogenase activity and the absence of a significant effect on urease activity were established.

В лабораторных условиях было изучено раздельное и совместное влияние углеродного сорбента и смеси металлоустойчивых бактериальных штаммов на ферментативную активность пойменных почв Северного Донца. Установлено положительное влияние на активность дегидрогеназы и отсутствие значительного влияния на активность уреазы.
