Rezumat

Male crime represents interest both through the prism of pure criminological investigation, as well as praxiological, for the elaboration of political, social-economic, legal, etc. measures aimed at social control of this type of crime. We propose for analysis some statistical data of crime as a whole, centered on the male one in the Republic of Moldova, in order to reveal the qualitative essence of this phenomenon.
