Rezumat

The article defines the fundamentals of theorizing the quality of solving the problems of pedagogical support of an individual in the system of continuing education. Pedagogical support is defined as the basis and product of the implementation of the ideas of adaptively productive personality development in the system of socially, educationally and professionally oriented relations. The principles of theorizing quality of the implementation of the ideas of adaptive-productive development of the individual are highlighted. The pedagogical conditions for improving the quality of personality development in the system of continuing education are determined.
