| Rezumat | ||||||
The article investigates the production of niche crops as a prospect for the development of small businesses. There is a need to find unique ways of earning, exploring unpopular niches. The economic and social importance of growing niche crops is revealed. The need to search for new markets for such crops, including the development of the internal market and the improvement of cultivation and processing technology, has been identified. It is justified that clusters can become engines of development of domestic regions, because this approach provides better productivity. It has been determined that niche crops can increase the competitiveness and efficiency of smallholder farmers. |
