Rezumat

There was synthesizedcis-9-tetradecenylacetate,the component of sex pheromones of turnip and exclamatory noctuid moths, and of other harmful insects of agricultural cultures. Through decyne-2-ol-1 alcohol isomerization in the presence of sodium amide and ethylenediamine acetylenic decyne-9-ol-1 was obtained, which after –OH group protection, alkylation with 1-brombutane in liquid ammonia and –OH deprotecting, was transformed into tetradecyne-9-ol-1. After cis-reduction of tetradecyne-9-ol-1 alcohol in the presence of Ni-catalyser, cis-9-tetradecenol was obtained which after acetylation was transformed into cis-9-tetradecenylacetate. It was demonstrated that key-substance in synthesis of cis9-tetradecenylacetate - the tetradecyne-9-ol-1 – could be successfully synthesized through alkylation of acetylenic alcohol decyne-9-ol-1, obtained through isomerisation of propargilic alcohol derivatives in the presence of sodium amide and ethylenediamine.
