In climatic conditions of Moldova the temperature in winter usuale don’t fall below to -200 C.The extremal lower temperature (below then -200 C ) is cause of deterioration of celulares membranes in leafs of Buxus sempervirens, when the loosing of electrolytes of cytoplasme may be acceleratede in 2 – 3 times. The functional wholity of celulare membranes may be recover complitly in humidity conditions, when the temperature is above zero. When the temperature is below zero, recuperation don’t take place. |
