Innovation is a measure with the most lasting effect of restructuring and modernization policies, determining the profitability of investment growth in a knowledgebased economy. Investments are the source of innovation, and innovation is a means of attracting investment. Thus, innovative process involves transforming scientific ideas in innovation, in which innovation is developed from idea to product, technology or new service and expanding practical application, which needs to be investigated in the indivisible investment. A correlation between these two processes does not imply their intersection consistently, but determination of technical feasibility, economic and financial needs of transformation the innovative ideas of investment in specific economic goals.
