The malleolar fractures are pathology of traumatologic emergency and constitutes about 40-45% of all fractures of lower leg bones. The big frequency of the hose lesions, the value and complexity of the diagnosis and a correct assistance on emergency service phases for the obtaining of positive results arguments its permanent actuality. |
