Rezumat

The malleolar fractures are pathology of traumatologic emergency and constitutes about 40-45% of all fractures of lower leg bones. The big frequency of the hose lesions, the value and complexity of the diagnosis and a correct assistance on emergency service phases for the obtaining of positive results arguments its permanent actuality.

Переломы лодыжек являются срочной травматологической патологией и составляют порядка 40-45% всех переломов костей нижних конечностей. Большая частота данного вида повреждений, значение и сложность правильной диагностики и адекватного алгоритма действий на этапах оказания медицинской помощи в целях получения положительных результатов аргументируют постоянную актуальность проблемы.
