Rezumat

The research tends to appreciate and determinate more detailed, by electronically microscopy, the cellular particularities and intercellular relationships of morphologically changes of the liver distantly from the hepatic hydatic cyst. The materials of research were represented by tissue specimens from fibrous capsule, pericystic region and distantly site, including contra lateral lobe in 13 cases of hepatic hydatidosis, surgically treated, in children of 6-12 years age with solitary primary hydatic cyst (small-3 cases, medium – in 6 cases, large in 4 cases). The numerous cellular processes of degradation by fibroblasts by autophagia in the fibrous capsule and pericyst, disturbances of fats metabolism and immunologically interactions of hepatocytes in pericystic region and distantly with immune cells, especially lymphocytes, have been established. This fact proves a direct lymphocytotoxically effect on hepatic cells, including a minimally effect. The present research have established numerous functioning interactions and lesions of structural elements of hepatic parenchyma in the perycystic region and distantly, of which nature and intensity are depending on the vital activity of larvocyst.

В данной работе представлены результаты электрономикроскопического исследования клеточных элементов печени при первичном и рецидивирующем кистозном эхинококкозе печени, проведенного у 13 детей с малыми и большими хидатидозными кистами в различной степени активности фертилизации паразита. Результаты исследования установили, что при эхинококкозе, в зависимости от степени процессов фертилизации паразита, в перикистозной паренхиме печени на различных расстояниях, имеет место метаболические изменения в гепатоцитах. Были выявления явления клеточной дегенерации гепатоцитов, процессы аутофагии фибробластов в перипаразитарной капсуле и перикистозной измененной паренхимы, а также проявления лимфоцитотоксическое воздействие лимфоцитов на гепатоцитов и активация Пит-клеток в печени при активной фертилизации, как в случаи с первичным, так и при рецидивирующим эхинококкозе.
