This article addresses the question of continuous training of teachers that has the function to meet the needs of professionalization of teachers. They are viewed as premises designed to provide continuing education and training, as some entities reflecting a problem that requires intervention. Essential for the creation and use of the best methods of adapting the new social requirements is the continuous training of a teacher, which, as a whole, to function in order to meet the new requirements of socio-cultural integration. Regarding the authentic educational relation of the state, it employs a teacher with the educable person, the student. Therefore, the teaching divisions are an important role that can allow the modeling of education for a suitable application. |
