Work is a usual natural condition of human life – nothing is posible withoaut work and all the goods, useful to human beings, are the products of their activity. Withoat work the developement of individual person and of the whole society is imposible. One of the specific characteristics of juridical labour relation is the activity process that has a certain labour program that assures maximum efficiencz, optimum harmony between the employee,s and employer,s interests, the necessary protection of those who render this harmony is beizng assured. |
