Rezumat

Society's welfare depends on attitude of each citizen towards the work, where teachers' attitudes play a ruling role. In this article we tackle the problem of teachers' attitudes which determine the work quality, its productivity and the satisfaction in work. These attitudes are assumed from social environment we live and could be changed if we know the structure and the content of social representation of the work. This research is aimed at pointing out the differences in perception and understanding of primary classes teachers schools. From the very beginning, having as the start point the theory of social representation (S. Moscovici), we designed to study the social representation’s content and structure assuming, in the same time, that there are some differences between the content of teachers’ social representation from private and state schools.
