Psychologists have tried to define and explore the premises of young professional success in a world which is changing, work that requires advanced knowledge and „equipment” of psychological skills that promote at the same time the adaptation and performance at work. Adapting to the new youth labour market involves not only the acquisition of theoretical dynamic knowledge, able to keep up with technological development and specialization of multidisciplinary, but also education and psychological qualities to adapt rapidly to new, intrinsic motivation to work in a certain field of activity, to work in a team or the ability to manage conflicts. Many of these skills are learned, after they can be developed under the influence of professional modellers. In turn, psychological qualities can be optimized. It is the education system to know the correct position now days and objectives they want to achieve. European trend is to review youth education, in order to obtain a good professional maturity, allowing rapid insertion in the labour market with performance.
