The article focuses on the development of the domestic Ukrainian brewing raw materials basis, tendencies and patterns in the production and market of hop and hop stuff. The qualitative and quantitative parameters of Ukrainian hop resources are evaluated. Reserves for increasing the production effectiveness of hop in Ukraine are established. Main directions are featured for further effective development of agrarian hop production that are crucial for ensuring the effective functioning of the brewing industry in Ukraine. |
