One of the basic directions of the analysis of the activity of the internal audit subdivisions in the corporate sector in the Republic of Moldova is to examine the current aspects related to the management of human resources and to provide them with resources. An important place in this paper is the research of the sources of recruitment of specialists within the internal audit subdivisions and holding the qualifications certificates of the auditors; of the internal auditor's knowledge and skills. Also, is studyng the aspects regarding the training of the external specialists and their fields of training and the questions related to the professional training of the auditors. |
