Rezumat

In this article are analyzed the primary directions in order that the informational society bring benefits. In this context it must develop in a national frame to correspond to local requirements, interconnected with national, regional and international environment. Therefore, on national level, the problem of informational society is based on an approach oriented to citizens. This approach must ensure the integration of knowledge and citizen experience in this process, as leading power to a new society, based on knowledge. Information Society is based on sharing information and participation on equal conditions of all society components, the Government, which is a private division and civil society. In the context of the European Accession of our country, the Republic of Moldova must take its own steps of restructuring, modernization, and even rethinking the role and manner of functioning, especially in the conditions required by informational society
