Identificarea structurii optime a rațiilor și evaluarea biologică a acestora este un element important în sistemul de alimentaţie în raport cu tipul de constituție. În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele influenței raţiilor cu diferite structuri calorice pentru tipul hiperstenic asupra formării potențialului antioxidant al organismului și metabolismului intermediar al aminoacizilor. |
