Rezumat

Social and economic changes have had an impact on the appearance of ethical and moral citizens. Freedom, has received a major affordability connotation. The most vulnerable have become Preteens and adolescents, those who had not yet formed a pillar psychological, social and behavioral, which would lead to his actions. The psychologist must identify pre-deviant behaviors or behavioral disorders through psycho-socio-medical observations, before it ends systematic or anti-social character.
