The process of reflection on the condition of human emotional characteristics I-his voice characteristics are one of the promising ways to discover the mechanisms of communication. Perceptions of emotional information as in normal voice and not only are possible because of the emotional hearing (AE). The latter contributes to the perception of speech, which leads to the development of the correct response to emotional information, understanding the true intentions, thoughts and opinions of the speaker, which can contradict his verbal manifestations. The term "emotional hearing" means the ability to determine the emotional state of the speaker or the sound of his voice, the ability to identify emotions in speech and chanting to the person. In terms of theory, this phenomenon is defined as sensory-perceptive system of non-verbal communication, specialized to evaluate adequately the emotional information in audible form. |
