Rezumat

The author is giving a description of psychological age features of a younger schoolchild who represents a huge potential for providing a personal component in environmental education. In the article tasks are described as far as a solution of which is found goals of environmental education of younger schoolchildren are achieved, and also forms of an organization of an educational process and rules for organizing a problem lesson are described in details.
