Rezumat

The last decade has strongly insisted on the importance of taking into account the ethical dimension within educational institutions. In this context, the article addresses the issue of ethics management in general education institutions. It argues the role of ethical mechanisms in developing the ethical climate, which can lead to the establishment of well-being in the institution – a catalyst for the well-being of the employees; there are a number of recommendations for monitoring the state of well-being and developing special programs in this regard.
