The specific nature of the banking services influences determines the distribution strategy. The decisions of the bank which are related to the place of service and the work hours available for clients must be based on the client s needs and expectations. Nowadays, many banks, as providers of financial and banking services, extend their activity in the investments area and activate as an intermediate, distributing the services of investment companies that don’t have their own channels of distribution. Besides that banks also started providing insurance services in cooperation with different insurance companies. |
