The main aspect of the conception of tourism development should be— ////development,//// finance and ////leading. The tourism field in comparison with other branches of national economy create real possibilities of the realization of this conception from the account of personal resources and from personal sources of finance. One of these sources is touristic rent. The proclaimed touristic rent, minutiously practiced by the state can create the economic- material basis for finance, development and leading of the touristic activity in the country in the period of transition to the market economy. Without any introduction of touristic rent, the tourism development to us can follow two ways without perspective: First—to develop on the basis of state founds what is impossible, or to commercialize up to maximum what could mean very high and inaccessible prices for the majority of the population. The question concerning the introduction of touristic rent has not only economic value, but a socio -political one. The mineralization of the volume of advanced resources and of the consumed expenses in order to obtain of each unity of effect - represents the unique solution of tourism development in conditions of rationality and efficiency, corresponding to the level of requirements imposed by competitively practiced in tourism. The basis of touristic rent formation is the maximum economic efficiency in touristic activities. The one who poses sources has also results in economic activity, so, could poses also the criteria of touristic rent.
