Rezumat

The subject of this study is devoted to examining theoretical models of history teaching in contemporary schools. The reason for this study is dictated by the changes taking place in the teaching discipline „History„ in the contemporary school. The paper presents the approaches and concepts of history teaching that exists in contemporary teaching. It examines the concepts, theoretical approaches for the designation of the past. We propose dissemination theoretical structures through the prism which is intended to teach history in contemporary school.
