Rezumat | ||||||
The study on the analysis of managerial styles aims to treat the approach of one or another style of management in order to identify the advantages of one or another style. As a consideration, the analysis was made on a company from the Republic of Moldova in order to observe internally which management style is more productive and which employees want to be addressed within the work group. However, each manager adopts a style that he takes as the key to success in order to maintain or develop a successful team, a good leader or a good operation of the company's operations. |
