In the article are stressed main important aspects of the problematic of solidarity
in Moldavian society. Independence of Republic of Moldova was permanently assisted
by reforms and deep changes, including of mentality and social consciousness. Some
of important aspects of elections in Moldova are using different types of administrative
resources as well as of social-economic, informational and political pressing on vo-
ters. Authors are seriously concerned in discovering basic markers of social-political
events and trends in Republic of Moldova.
