Monitoring and evaluation processes are particularly important for proper implementation of European projects. To overcome problems related to various features for monitoring and evaluation of European projects to develop sectorial approaches and internal standards by which information collected can be used and relevant to all spheres of projects implementation. Implementing agencies will develop their own internal standards and methodologies sectorial monitoring and evaluation that will determine the conduct of these types of activities, depending on the particularities of each sector. |
