Rezumat | |
Wine distillates were studied made from red grape varieties Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot noir. To obtain these distillates these grapes were processed by fermentation in white technology using selected Rkatiteli and Black Rara yeasts. The resulting wines were distilled at an installation for direct distillation with discontinuous operation. Wine distillates obtained meet by physico-chemical composition and taste the requirements of Standard SM312, have a fl oral aroma or of ripe fruit, typical astringent taste, without foreign taste and aroma nuances. |
